    • Neo-classical mansion with fine interiors, set in landscaped grounds. Amazing painted ceilings and French Regency furniture. The apartment of English naval hero Lord Admiral Rodney displays costumes from the Wade Collection. Surrounding the mansion is 'Capability' Brown's last garden design, with fine sweeping views towards the Brecon Beacons. Berrington Pool, a lake and island, is now a Site of Special Scientific Interest. The walled garden boasts an historic collection of old local apple trees. Victorian games for hire during the summer. Not all of the costume collection is displayed, but can be viewed by appointment. Please write to the property or contact the Costume Curator on 01568 613720.
