Your Big Draw Pics

It's the Big Draw this month and Show Me surfers have been inspired to get creative and send in their fantastic drawings.

coloured pencil drawing of donald duck sitting at a school desk with the words 'donald duck, at school'

Leanna Holmes was at Alvaston Homework Centre and drew this great picture of what Donald Duck would look like at school.

"I like drawing when I am in the mood and it is nice and quiet," said Leanna. "I make friends very quickly. I drew the picture at home and at school."

Alicia Comrie, who's nine, also drew this at the Alvaston Homework Centre.

"I really like to do colouring in," she said. We can see! It's a great picture of some girls skipping that really makes you want to get out in the playground and have lots of fun.

drawing of three girls skipping with the sun in the sky and the words 'skipping it's cool to skip!'

drawing of lots of pink bubbles with the word 'angel' written across them

Megan Rose, who's 11, got creative at the homework centre and sent in this picture she's called Angel.

We really like the swirly shapes and think they look like petals from a flower.

Lily Branchett is also 11 and told us how she made her picture:

"I drew it by hand at my homework club and then scanned it into the computer. My drawing is a portrait. One of my favourite subjects at school is art and when I am older I hope to be an artist like my Auntie."

Thanks Lily, we think it's a really good portrait.
