Safer Internet Day 2010: Think U Know how to be safe?

February 09 2010

It's Safer Internet Day today February 9 2010. Do you know how to be safe when you're using the internet?

Find out with Superhero SID's Music Video on safety website Think U Know:

Here are great internet safety tips from Think U Know:
- Always ask a grown-up before you use the internet.
- Don't tell strangers where you live, your phone number or where you go to school. Only your family and friends need to know that.
- Don't send pictures to people you don't know. You don't want strangers looking at photos of you, your friends or your family.
- Tell a grown-up if you feel scared or unhappy about anything.

Why not ask a grown-up to help you put the Hector's World Safety Button on your computer? This will mean you can press it if anything makes you scared or unhappy.
