January 12 2010

2010 is the Year of the Tiger according to the Chinese Calendar. But do you know your animal sign?

We think this tiger is so cute!

You can
find out your animal sign - and your zodiac personality with a great interactive from Bath's Museum of East Asian Art.

The Chinese Zodiac is a 12 year cycle. Each year is named after one of 12 animals and each animal has a different personality. You are supposed to take after your animal.

If you were born in the Year of the Tiger, you are a brave person...grrr!

Would you like to
make an origami tiger? NickJr has a great download for you.

Or why not
make a Chinese paper lantern?

Don't forget to get in touch if you make it and send us a photo too!
